Marilyn Marie Hulse, 64, of Duryea, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 14, 2023, at home.
Born in Avoca, on February 1, 1959, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn James Marsh.
Marilyn graduated from Pittston Area High School and Wilkes University. She was a long time employee at Bank of America.
She spent her free time enjoying her grandchildren, cooking, planning parties, crafting, camping, and dreaming about living at the beach. Marilyn was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother (Mamma as she was known by her grandchildren) who was always there when you needed her.
Surviving are her husband of 40 years, Gerald Hulse; son, Gerald Hulse (Nicole), Yatesville; daughter, Tiffany Copp (Jonathan), Hughestown; grandchildren, Jacob and Theo Hulse; sister, Linda Halagarda (Gary), Avoca; brothers, William Marsh (Lisa), Duryea; Gerald Marsh (Karen), Duryea; and Steven Marsh (Renee), Hunlock Creek; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 5pm-7pm in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.

My name is William Lawrence I was a co-worker of Marilyn for 6 years. Marilyn was an awesome person to work with. she will Truly be missed. I attempted to come to viewing in person but family issues prevented me from making it.
