Grace C. Chodnicki, 80, of Pittston, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021. Born on March 27, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Grace Palame Calabrese.
She was a graduate of Pittston High School. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. (Jack) Chodnicki (who passed away December 2, 2020); sister, Antoinette Ciannilli and her husband Thomas; and brother, Charles Calabrese and his wife Rita.
Surviving are her son, Peter J. Chodnicki, Sr.; grandson, Peter J. Chodnicki, Jr.; twin sister, Fran Rich and her husband Paul, Exeter; brother, Samuel Calabrese, Pittston; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call to pay their respects to both Grace and her husband,
Joseph on Friday, October 29, 2021, from 10am – 12 noon in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston. A Blessing Service will begin at 12 noon. They will be interred together in Mt. Olivet Cemetery following the blessing service.
