Dolores Irene DeLucia, 88, of Hughestown, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
Born in Pittston on November 29, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Genevieve Fritz Slezak.
Dolores was a graduate of Dupont High School and had worked in the local garment industry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Vincent DeLucia; son Michael DeLucia and her 8 siblings.
Surviving are her daughters, Georgianne Nagle (Kenneth, Sr.), Laurel Run and Patty Nalaschi (Leo), Hughestown; grandchildren, Krystle Gard (Jeff), Kenneth Nagle, Jr., Kevan Nagle, Leo Nalaschi Jr. (Desiree Surplus), and Ryan Nalaschi (Lisa Ostroff); 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 10:00am in Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Catholic Church, 212 Wyoming Avenue, Dupont. Pastor Very Rev. Zbigniew Dawid will officiate. Interment will follow in the parish
cemetery.
