Francine Marie Worosilla, 73, of Pittston Township, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, February 10, 2018. Born in Scranton on May 5, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Fabbo Clause.
Francine was a graduate of Old Forge High School and Beauty School. She was a member of St. Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston.
She loved to attend her grandchildren’s activities; they were her pride and joy. She cherished her time with her family. She also loved her “home away from home” – the casino. Francine was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and will be truly missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard J. Worosilla on May 9, 2017; and a sister Sylvia Clause Murphy on March 25, 1998.
Surviving are her son, Gary Worosilla and his wife Diana, Pittston Township; daughter, Denise Manganiello and her husband, Jonathan, Duryea; grandchildren, Alexander, Gillian and Skylar Worosilla and Connor and Noah Manganiello; sister, Jodi Clause Papworth and her husband, Hugh, Liverpool, NY; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 9:15am from Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Entombment will be at the convenience of the family in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton. Friends may call Friday, February 16, 2018 from 5pm – 8pm at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
