Mary E. Kozlek, 78, of Wyoming, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 in Mercy Center, Dallas. Born in the Old Boston Section of Jenkins Township on August 22, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Angelo Ardo and Elizabeth (Rome) Ardo Ciliberto.

Mrs. Kozlek was a graduate of Jenkins Township High School. She worked as the office manager of her husband, Dr. Thomas Kozlek’s medical office for many years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was a devout catholic.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Joanne Lee Terlizzi.

Surviving is her husband of 40 years, Dr. Thomas Kozlek; children, Donna Baut, Exeter; Dr. Kristy Kozlek and her husband Dr. Larry Kim, Chester Springs; and Dr. Thomas Kozlek III, and his wife Ning Hernandez, Boston, MA; five grandchildren, Laura Baut; Sophia Kim; Larry Kim; Tommy and Arya Kozlek; three sisters, Beatrice Galli, Exeter; Angie Bisotto and husband James, Jenkins Township; Margaret Brozzoski and husband Jack, Exeter; a brother, John Ciliberto, Kingston; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton. Memorial donations may be made to Mercy Center, Lake Street, Dallas, PA 18612. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Peter J. Adonizio Funeral Home, 251 William Street, Pittston.
